چکیده
One of the most common pathologies that occurs in static deformities anterior joint foot is valgus deformity first toe. Distal or diaphyseal osteotomies are used for mild degrees, and proximal severe ones. Spikes, screws plates with angular stability often to fix bone fragments. Purpose - help biomechanical studies, study stress-deformed state model different options osteosynthesis metatarsal after osteotomy. Materials methods. Mathematical modeling during correction toe using osteotomy was carried out. Three variants were modeled: Kirschner pins, screws, a plate. Results. During spikes, maximum stresses 2.1 MPa occur distal fragment. In fragment, twice as low 1.2 MPa. The tension resection zone 0.1 fragments almost same, 0.9 0.8 MPa, respectively. Osteosynthesis plate provides level well an even distribution between 0.7 spikes relative deformation regenerate does not exceed 0.13%. plate, this figure reaches 0.5%. Conclusions. For order eliminate toe, can be used. All investigated types provide stress bone, but, according criterion values showed worst result, best. research out accordance principles Helsinki Declaration. protocol approved by Local Ethics Committee participating institution. informed consent patient obtained conducting studies. Biomechanical Comparison Study of Three Fixation Methods for Proximal Chevron Osteotomy of the First Metatarsal in Hallux Valgus
Background Fixation of proximal chevron metatarsal osteotomy has been accomplished using K-wires traditionally and with a locking plate recently. However, both methods have many disadvantages. Hence, we developed an intramedullary fixation technique using headless cannulated screws and conducted a biomechanical study to evaluate the superiority of the technique to K-wire and locking plate fixat...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...

this study investigates the cohesive devices used in the textbook of english for the students of psychology. the research questions and hypotheses in the present study are based on what frequency and distribution of grammatical and lexical cohesive devices are. then, to answer the questions all grammatical and lexical cohesive devices in reading comprehension passages from 6 units of 21units th...
the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation
in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
A Simple Method for Fixation of Proximal Opening-Wedge Osteotomy of the First Metatarsal for Correction of Hallux Valgus.
A simple, inexpensive technique for fixation of proximal opening-wedge osteotomy of the first metatarsal for correction of moderate or severe hallux valgus (HV) is described. After the opening-wedge osteotomy and bone grafting of the first metatarsal have been performed, 2 Kirschner wires are introduced for internal fixation and removed 8 weeks postoperatively. Twenty-three patients with sympto...
